How do I clean a MIG liner?

Quick answer

Pull the liner, blow it out with compressed air, feed a liner-cleaning felt pellet through if you have one, check for kinks, and re-install with the correct trim length. Erratic feed that survives a new contact tip is usually the liner complaining.
